While we do our best to support returns, please note:

• Not every order is eligible for return.
• Returns may be declined if there is suspected misuse, excessive returns, or abuse of the policy.
• Some returns may be subject to a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.

Important: All returns must be initiated by reaching out to our Customer Experience Team. Items returned without prior authorization, including packages marked "Return to Sender," may not be properly processed and may result in delays or ineligibility for a refund. If you return a package without contacting us first, or if the package is lost in transit or shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Returns received after 60 days from the original purchase date or without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and processed. Time for refund to be processed varies depending on customers financial institution.
• Please do not discard the product before contacting us.
• Do not send returns to our corporate address — any items returned there will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to verify all return requests and may decline any return at our discretion if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.
